Privacy policy
We process practice data strictly to deliver the DentalFlow AI service. We never sell data and never use patient information to train third-party models.
What we collect
- Account data: name, work email, practice name, chair count, billing details.
- Practice data synced from your practice management system: appointments, recall due dates, treatment plan status, and contact details for patient outreach.
- Product usage: pages viewed, features used, and message delivery outcomes.
How we use it
To run recall and rescue automations, send the messages you configure, produce analytics and AI briefs for your team, provide support, and process payments.
Sharing
We use vetted subprocessors for hosting, email, SMS and payment processing. Each is bound by contract to confidentiality and, where applicable, a business associate agreement.
Retention and your rights
Data is retained while your subscription is active and deleted within 30 days of a written deletion request. You can request access, correction, export or deletion at any time by contacting us.
