Terms of service
These terms cover your use of DentalFlow AI, including trials, subscriptions, lifetime access and the automation features that message patients on your behalf.
Trials and billing
- Paid plans start with a 14-day free trial; you are not charged until it ends.
- Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Cancel any time and access continues to the end of the paid period.
- Lifetime access is a one-time payment covering the platform for the practice that purchased it, transferable only with our written consent.
- 30-day money-back guarantee on the first paid charge of any plan.
Your responsibilities
You are the controller of your patient data. You are responsible for obtaining valid consent for SMS and email outreach, for the content of templates you approve, and for complying with local healthcare and communication regulations.
Acceptable use
No unlawful, misleading or harassing outreach, no sharing of accounts across unrelated practices, and no attempts to bypass rate limits, entitlement checks or access controls.
Service and liability
DentalFlow AI is an operations and growth platform, not an EHR or a medical device, and does not provide clinical advice. Liability is limited to the fees paid in the previous 12 months.
